Endow Kentucky Tax Credit

Attention philanthropists!  Endow Kentucky tax credit is still available for allocation to taxpayers.  The Application for Preliminary Authorization of the Endow Kentucky Tax Credit (Form 41A720-S85) shall be used to obtain preliminary approval of the tax credit. To obtain a copy of the form click on the link provided below. The department shall accept an application via fax, e-mail, or hand-delivery as provided on page 1 of Form 41A720-S85. The process for acceptance and consideration of an application is set forth in 103 KAR 15:195E. Please return to the web page for future updates on the amount of available tax credit.
