Live Help is available Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm to answer tax inquiries. At other times the link can be used to send a request or inquiry via email.  Assistance is available for the following tax types:

• Withholding Tax

• Verify receipt of returns
• Obtain answers to complex tax questions
• Make address changes
