The October issue of the Tax Alert newsletter, a Department of Revenue publication for tax professionals, is now available.  This issue discusses the DOR website, TaxAnswers.ky.gov, a U.S. Supreme Court decision affecting state sales tax, changes to the withholding tax requirements for employers, and a newly created PO Box for corporate federal audit adjustments.
