Effective September 8, 2026, the Kentucky Department of Revenue’s Enterprise Collections Branch has resumed collection activities on behalf of Kentucky’s state universities. Taxpayers with outstanding obligations owed to a state university may receive official correspondence from the Department concerning the collection and resolution of such debts.

Pay Collections

If you would like to pay your business collections balance, please visit MyTaxes.ky.gov

If you would like to pay your individual collections balance, please visit epayment.ky.gov

If you would like to set a recurring electronic payment plan, please call the Division of Collections at 502-564-4921 and select option 1.
