​The Kentucky Department of Revenue is experiencing intermittent issues with the K-5 web portal. Other web filing methods are still available for wage and tax submissions.  Due to the intermittent issues, the Department will be extending until February 15th the due date to submit wage and tax statements to the Kentucky Department of Revenue.  This does not extend the time to send W-2s or other withholding statements to employees. Kentucky is working diligently to resolve the K-5 web portal issues and appreciates your patience.
