For 2026, Kentucky implemented a 3.5% tax rate for individual/fiduciary income tax returns. 

The tax rate for2024 and 2025 is a flat 4.0%​​.  Tax tables for tax years prior to 2023 can be found by searching ​the Forms Page​.​
