New Pass-through Entity Tax Forms Available for Filing

​​​​​​​​​The Department of Revenue is ready to begin accepting forms electronically for the new Pass-through Entity tax enacted by the 2023 General Assembly.  The new Form 740-PTET allows for the election to pay the tax at the entity level, the filing of the return, and the payment of the tax.  It may b​e downloaded here.
