Badge2 on lanyard - Revenue.pngThe Department of Revenue (DOR) offers internships in our Frankfort ​offices, as well as at our Taxpayer Service Centers (TSCs) located throughout the commonwealth.​ DOR includes the Offices of Enforcement, Field Operations (TSCs), Income Taxation, Property Valuation, Registration and Operations, Sales and Excise Taxes, and Tax Policy and Regulation. ​Our TSCs are located in Ashland, Bowling Green, Corbin, Frankfort, Hopkinsville, Louisville, Northern Kentucky, Owensboro, Paducah, and Pikeville.

​Qualifications to apply:

  • Must be a graduate student of or a student in pursuit of a BS or BA in business, finance, accounting, or related degrees from an accredited program.
  • 2.7 GPA or higher
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn
  • Basic knowledge and experience with M​icrosoft Office products​

  • University and anticipated year of graduation
  • Current GPA
  • Related experience
  • Area of interest within the DOR where you would like to intern
  • Residence for the duration of the internship
