Cory Keller of Grayson, KY was indicted by a Franklin County Grand Jury on four (4) Class D Felony charges of Failure to File Income Tax for years 2018-2021, (KRS141.990(5)). The total amount due including tax, interest and penalties is $14,526.21. David Whitehouse conducted the investigation and presented it for prosecution.

Steven Mark Wilcox of Hawesville, KY was indicted by a Franklin County Grand Jury on six (6) Class D Felony charges of Filing False Kentucky Individual Income Tax Returns for tax years 2016-2021, (KRS141.990(3)). The total amount due including tax, interest and penalties is $112,254.33. Ann Roe conducted the investigation and presented it for prosecution.


May 2, 2023

Kenneth Hinton of Lexington, KY was indicted by a Franklin County Grand Jury on one (1) Class D Felony charge of Failure to File Income Tax for tax year 2020, (KRS141.990(5)) and one (1) Class D Felony charge of Filing False Kentucky Individual Income Tax Returns for tax year 2021, per (KRS141.990(3)). The total amount due including tax, interest and penalties is $20,269.20. David Whitehouse conducted the investigation and presented it for prosecution.​

Ahmed Hasan was indicted by the Jefferson County Grand Jury on three felony counts of Willfully Making a False Kentucky Income Tax Return for years 2018, 2019 and 2021 and one felony count of Failure to File a Kentucky Income Tax Return for 2020.  The total due from the four years is $9,053.62. Mr. Hasan was in violation of (KRS141.990(3)); which in part states that ​any taxpayer or employer, who willfully fails to ​make a return or willfully makes a false return, or who willfully fails to pay taxes owing or collected, shall be guilty of a Class D Felony. Ann Roe conducted the investigation and presented it for prosecution.

Chad Bradler, of Irvine, KY, was indicted by the Franklin County Grand Jury on five felony counts of Willfully Failing to Make a Kentucky Income Tax Return for 2016 through 2020. The total due from the five years is $78,803.29.

Brittany May of Frankfort, KY was indicted on 12/5/2023, by a Franklin County Grand ​Jury for ​three (3) Class D Felony charges of Willfully Filing a Fraudulent Return for years 2020, 2021 and 2022 per KRS 141.990 (3) and KRS 141.180 (d). The total amount due, including tax, interest and penalties is $24,698.71.​
