The total amount due including tax, interest and penalties is $14,526.21. David Whitehouse conducted the investigation and presented it for prosecution.

The total amount due including tax, interest and penalties is $112,254.33. Ann Roe conducted the investigation and presented it for prosecution.

Kenneth Hinton of Lexington, KY was indicted by a Franklin County Grand Jury on one (1) Class D Felony charge of Failure to File Income Tax for tax year 2020, (KRS141.990(5)) and one (1) Class D Felony charge of Filing False Kentucky Individual Income Tax Returns for tax year 2021, per (KRS141.990(3)). The total amount due including tax, interest and penalties is $20,269.20. David Whitehouse conducted the investigation and presented it for prosecution.

Ahmed Hasan was indicted by the Jefferson County Grand Jury on three felony counts of Willfully Making a False Kentucky Income Tax Return for years 2018, 2019 and 2021 and one felony count of Failure to File a Kentucky Income Tax Return for 2020. The total due from the four years is $9,053.62. Mr. Hasan was in violation of (KRS141.990(3)); which in part states that any taxpayer or employer, who willfully fails to make a return or willfully makes a false return, or who willfully fails to pay taxes owing or collected, shall be guilty of a Class D Felony.
